Review Policy

General Information:

I am currently accepting Young Adult, Middle Grade, and Adult books for review. For review inquiries, you can email me at vibrantreads@gmail.com.

I accept both print ARCS and e-books (only in .mobi or .epub format).

I am most likely to accept and review the following fiction genres:

Accepting Books

I will try my best to read and review a book as soon as I can, but in some cases that can be a month+.  If there is a specific date that you would like me to review a book, please notify me and I will try my best to accommodate you.

My Reviews

I post  and promote all of my reviews on my blog, instagram, twitter, tumblr, and Goodreads, and I post them on Amazon when requested.

I write completely honest and fair reviews, meaning that my reviews may not always be positive.  If I do not enjoy a book, I will explain why I did not enjoy it instead of just simply stating it was not a pleasant read for me.

I am entitled to my own opinion and have the right to refuse to review a book.

Rating Scale

I always put a star rating at the end of every review, and this is the key below.

★★★★★ = I love it, it's one of my new favorite things, and I shall be forcing everyone I know to read it

★★★★☆ = It was a really good book, and I'll suggest it to people I think will enjoy it

★★★☆☆ = It was an ok book. Some of the writing wasn't the best or the story and characters weren't very interesting

★★☆☆☆ = It was a meh book. Had a few good/ok bits, but mostly bad.

★☆☆☆☆ = It was an awful book, and I did not enjoy one bit of it.

I also give .5 ratings (4.5, 3.5, 2.5, 1.5)
